While on the Glacier 26 cruise we encountered a large group from Tom's Christian tours. A gentleman by the name of Scott Monroe represented your organization horribly. As an innocent bystander that wasn't involved in the "situation," I feel bad for all parties associated with this group. Do yourself a favor and don't allow this guy to represent your group ever again.
