Wow. What a great experience.
I purchased a gift certificate for myself for a hot air balloon ride. It took me 8 scheduled attempts before Gentle Breezes was able to get me up in their balloon. The sunrise was beautiful and the ride was wonderful. I'm giving them 3 stars because of the number attempts to finally get on the balloon, but the ride was worth it. Please be patient and persistent in scheduling. After each cancellation, reschedule right away and be flexible and consider sunrise flights as well. It's hard scheduling with family, work and kids so have a Plan B for those times.
Awesome pilot, great staff, overall wonderfully exciting experience. Weather may delay the fun but its worth the wait for sure.
Almost 2 years ago my boyfriend, now fiancé took me here for a birthday surprise. To this day this has been one of our greatest experiences together. From the reviews below it looks like some folks got unlucky with weather. Your safety is the guides priority, so if your adventure is delayed don't be discouraged. In this type of situation you much rather be safe than sorry! Would do this again in a heartbeat!
Called about 8 times and emailed over a two month span, and no response. I can only assume they don't fly anymore.
