I love Sonic and this location is minutes from my home. I must say though that I have been repeatedly disappointed and let down with the service and product that I have received from this store. My family usually has Sonic twice a week but after this last incident we are no Longer eating there. Many times service is slow, the orders are incorrect and there seems to be little to no management being implemented. My food often appears to be just thrown together with very little concern for presentation or accuracy. Hopefully some big changes take place soon or we won't be back, which would be a shame.

The food was alright, I had a double cheeseburger I honestly would rate it as tasting about what a whopper would taste like, which isn't bad at all, but by no means something unique that stood out to me as a Sonic exclusive that someone would have to go to Sonic to try.
Do not eat here, employees wipe their nose on their bare hands and handle your food!!! If I could take away the 1 star I would!!! I wish sonic would close and we would get something better ....and with employees that wash their hands!!!
Honestly people rave about this place. Myself though not so impressed, as a matter of fact I'm utterly disgusted. The food is microwaved to be ready to serve. Burgers taste as if they were cooked in a fryer. "Cheese tater tots" were covered in 2 pieces of very bad American cheese slices... I mean really I eat my share of processed food but this place is by far the worst fast food I have ever tortured my body with. I can tell already half way through my meal that it is not sitting well... I feel like I just drank grease from a fryer.... I will not be finishing my 10 dollar meal...
The speed of service is where this really killed it for me. I had ordered just the burger through the drive through. There was a decent line that was forming behind me and many were deciding to leave because of the wait but I had decided to stick it out thinking that my food was being made fresh. Spending a big chunk of money on this fast food, it came out cold so I was definitely sitting there while the food was already made for no reason and I can tell you that money was not well worth spent in the least. Maybe it was a bad day, who knows. This was my first and very LAST trip to Sonic, or at least this one in Sun Prairie.
