Basic customer service advice: If someone calls you they expect a call back.
I do not recomend this Contractor.
Called for an estimate, guy came to the house, was there for 15 minutes. He waited 24 hours then texted me that he could not help. I called and left messages to see why or what the problem was and returned his text asking him to call me. No response.
Installed the shingles on my garage in a manner not consistent with Corning's specifications. Looks horrible and I don't know if the warranty will be honored. Contacted Cardinal and they won't fix it. Poor work product and poor customer service. I would not do business with them and obviously can't recommend them.
Cardinal did a decent job putting a new roof on our house two years ago however I am having a very difficult time getting anyone to take my calls or come out to the house for a leaking furnace chimney cap. Been three weeks and dozens of calls and no joy. Chasing this company has added a good deal of stress to my life when no extra stress was really needed. Drip, drip, drip, yep, still leaking and no word from Cardinal. 15 year warranty is not very useful when Cardinal ignores all your calls.
