SOME of the older staff have really bad attitudes
I had a frustrating experience today while going in to try to ship out a package. I asked a very simple question about whether or not they are able to print out labels (UPS is able for a fee, so it’s really not an absurd question) and her response was condescending and rude. Not only did I feel her response and tone were upsetting, but before I had even left the store I heard her turn to her coworker and start laughing... clear that she thought I was an idiot. Please train your staff to at least wait until a customer leaves to start scoffing at someone.

Older white lady employee keeps giving me looks and gives me alittle attitude and seems not to care as if she is rasict...
One of the better post offices I have been to. I deal with mailing on a daily basis too. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The place is kept up nicely and the wait isn't really bad.
I'm livid! Called the Sun Prairie post office today to check the status of a small, light-weight package. Gave it a little extra time for delivery since I recently moved, but Gloria informed me that these are not forwarded (for whatever reason). I was happy to come pick it up, but she continued asking me what it was, how it was packaged, and what was IN the package. I thought these were weird questions. She then proceeded to tell me that instead of disposing the items THEY OPEN THE PACKAGES to "see if anything could be donated." She called it "going a step above." I call it CROSSING A LINE. Her male colleague then got on the phone, refused to provide his name and HUNG UP ON ME. Rude, disrespectful, unethical, and the list can go on!
