They were fantastic, highly recommend. They communicated multiple times up front and again the day of the move to let me know exactly when they'd arrive. They showed up with a huge, very nice truck. They were incredibly efficient and had my apartment loaded in 35 minutes and completely unloaded into my new condo just an hour later with zero damages to my furniture, walls, etc. They will be the only ones I call for my next move.
We had an excellent experience with Gorilla Movers. Before arriving, the guys called to let us know exactly when to expect them. Once they arrived, they looked at all our stuff, and estimated it would be very tight fit to get it all in the truck. They were up on a ladder to fit boxes to the very top of the truck, and they were able to fit it all in. Their Tetris skills are amazing. Once we got to our new home, they unloaded very quickly. I couldn't believe they were still running! I directed traffic, telling them where to unload. It didn't take long for them to start figuring out where some things should go on their own. They were extremely careful at both houses to not cause any damage to the houses, not even one scratch. The whole time they were very pleasant and cooperative and kept us informed of how they were doing. I would HIGHLY recommend.
Customer service is absolutely impeccable. Didn't book with them because their rates turned out to be higher than was comfortable in our budget -- we're paying a lower rate for a lesser service with a competitor. I've been really impressed with my interactions with this company.
Movers were careful of all of my furniture, FAST which saved me money and so friendly I felt like I'd known them for years! Best experience ever!
Seriously the best moving experience ever...these guys are prompt, professional, and do not waste time! This is a very well run small business that I am happy to have been able to support. We have used them twice now and I would recommend them to anyone with a moving job big or small.
