Ordered a pizza online 3-9-16, special @ 50% off & basically what I got to include 50% less toppings. The toppings on a family size thin crust were minimal, 18 small pieces of sausage, way too much edge left for crust approx 1 1/2 - 2 inches, dough was dried out on edges & the crust Cooked up odd almost as if old & had a bit of yeast flavor. Not impressed!!!
The pizzas are always good and it's normally super quick when you order ahead. It simplifies things if you remember to let the clerk know your order is an online pick up.
Never will be as good as a mom and pop pizza restaurant, but I appreciate the quick service and reliably decent pizza. The pizzas always need to be baked longer than suggested or they will be doughy.
Sad to see some people have had bad experiences. I have found staff to be incredibly helpful, I never pay full price for a pizza and more than once the person taking my order has told me "oh we have this deal happening so save that coupon" or "you can get a better deal if you do it this way" I almost always have my toddler in tow and they smile and wave to her and once someone carried my large order of pizzas to my car because she was being a handful. Another time she fell asleep on my way to pick up an order and someone came to my car took my credit card and came back out with our pizza and gave me my card and receipt back. Our pizza's are always yummy, we are especially fans of the $5 Fav's!
I phoned in our order and was told it would be rrady in 20-25 minutes. I was in town so drove over and it was ready! I was 5 minutes away! Thank you!
