Very friendly staff, in addition to fine jewelry they have The Crystal Room where you can get a crystal reading for free! They only ask that you buy crystals from them which is a deal. The reading was very accurate for me. You would love this place whether you are into fine jewelry or raw crystals.
Always excellent, friendly, service. Prices are fair & reasonable, staff is warm, welcoming, and very knowledgable. Everytime I have ordered anything it is there within a few days so the service is timely, and the quality is always high, which are both very important to me. I make the drive from the Milwaukee area to come here and it is the only place I go to buy jewelery!
Would give it 0 if possible. Went there they told us they could fix my ring and called us a week later saying they couldn't. Went to pick it up and they lost a diamond.. thankfully we took pictures of it before leaving it there. They put in another diamond and after looking at it the diamond was bigger then the rest. So mad wastes 3 trips there for nothing. Went to B jewelers down the road 100% better.
This store is so amazing! Not only do they have a great selection of jewelry and watches that you would expect but they have a large selection of gems and semi precious stones. And an in-house jeweler to create custom designs too. After all that you can see why I think it's amazing.
Replacement of watch battery done with expert care and precision in my prized Movado watch. Best service anywhere in the area. Can't beat the price either. Thank you for being so wonderful!
